Home Repair Program
Realizing the need for affordable and reliable home repair services for low-income families in Williamson County, Habitat for Humanity is diversifying its construction and rehabilitation expertise to respond to the issue.
Applications can be picked up at the Administrative office at 2108 N. Austin Avenue in Georgetown from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday or Online
This program is currently being supported by the City of Round Rock, the City of Georgetown and the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation.
- Home must be owner-occupied
- Homeowner must be current on mortgage and has property insurance
- Homeowner’s household income must not exceed 50% of the median income of Williamson County (see application for income limits)
- Is willing to partner with Habitat and complete up to 10 sweat equity hours
