Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County's goal is to provide our
partner families with both an affordable home and the tools they will
need to succeed in owning their own home. Each partner family buys
their new home from Habitat with a zero-interest home loan.
Habitat Home Application Meetings
If you are interested in owning your own home, we invite you to learn
about Habitat. Homes through a two hour seminar.

Initial Criteria to be selected as a Habitat partner family include:
- A need for adequate housing
- Complete up to 500 volunteer hours with Habitat after selection
- The ability to make a monthly mortgage payment
- A current address in Williamson County and living or working in the county for the last year
- Not listed in the National Sex Offender Registry
- Meet income limits, based on famiily size and
- HUD income guidelines ($15,950 - $50,100)
